I’ve bought all the beds in my household from this brilliant family run business. Never had any issues with their products and the staff have always been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. A special mention to the delivery teams who were on time, cheerful and incredibly hard working. Such a better service all round compared to much larger bed companies I’ve used in the past.

Wonderful service and helpful advice, a great selection of beds and mattresses and quick delivery. I was replacing my son's mattresses as i had been seriously let down by another bed store. Was able to get first delivered in November, but because I could get second until December delivery would not be available before Christmas, they went above a beyond to make sure I could collect my second mattress from store as it was so close to Christmas. I will definitely going back to them for my own mattress when it is time for a change and for any future bed or mattress needs.

This wasn't our first time of dealing with this company,, and they still give an excellent service with good choice of beds to try, product information and price. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great service and products. We had been let down by Wayfair for a mattress and went straight to the Bed Post to buy one, put it in the back of the car and that's it. The service was friendly, no nonsense and professional. I don't know why I didn't think of the Bed Post in the first place as they are only down the road from us and I have previously bought mattresses from them before when my children were little. This is a lesson to be learnt about using our local shops and services, especially in these strange times. Thank you the Bed Post!

Having searched high and low online and realised we actually needed to “test” a mattress in reality, we visited the Bed Post while we were in the area. It was a really relaxed shop where I think we got to deal with the owner Ollie. Unlike other shops we weren’t walked straight to the higher end products. Ollie asked our preferences and showed us various mattresses at different budgets. We are absolutely delighted with our purchase and have recommended the Bed Post to friends and family. Wow! This is a proper family run business experience. I rang in a panic thinking we would have no mattress for our Christmas visitors and Ollie the owner offered to open the shop and deliver that day. It turned out we had a little more time so we went into the shop yesterday. Such knowledgeable and kind service and a big range to choose from. Highly recommend and so good to support a local family business.

I purchased a mattress from the Bedpost in Sidcup today and had the best experience and support making my purchase. Brian was knowledgeable about all the mattresses and struck the right balance between advising and listening to my needs. I felt I had as much time as I needed to make a decision and left a very happy customer. Well done Bedpost!

I could not rate my experience of buying from Bedpost Sidcup highly enough. From meeting the wonderful Trevor whose knowledge and professionalism are first class. What he doesn’t know about beds isn’t worth knowing and he didn’t over sell them! Upon delivery unfortunately the divan base was scuffed (nothing to do with Bedpost). The delivery person rang immediately to request a replacement. Once again I was treated with outstanding professionalism and care. And finally, within half an hour I received a phone call confirming that a new divan base had been ordered. I am so glad I purchased from a local company and not through a National firm. If you want first class customer service then Bed Post is by far the best place to shop. A huge thank you to all those involved
